Terms and Conditions – TZ77 Pakistan

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the TZ77 platform — whether through the TZ77 website, mobile browser or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and TZ77 ("the Platform", "we", "us").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using TZ77 and must not create an account. Using the TZ77 platform without reading these Terms does not remove your obligation to comply with them — by using TZ77 you are deemed to have accepted them in full.

To create an account and use TZ77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. TZ77 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit or participate in any form of gaming on the platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts are not permitted. You may not register on behalf of another person.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended TZ77 account. Each individual player is permitted one account only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or family member of an employee of TZ77 or any of its partner game providers.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful registration information. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

TZ77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This includes but is not limited to: a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Your TZ77 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. TZ77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings.

• You must not share your account login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to operate your TZ77 account, place bets on your behalf or access your account balance.
• You are responsible for ensuring your account details remain current. Notify TZ77 promptly if your contact details change.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact TZ77 support immediately via live chat or email. TZ77 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Your TZ77 account balance is non-transferable. You may not transfer your balance to another player's account.

TZ77 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, wins and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. TZ77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made through standard payment methods, though third-party payment processors may apply their own charges outside of TZ77's control.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been used for a deposit on the same TZ77 account. This is a fraud-prevention requirement.
• TZ77 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Standard processing times apply unless your account is flagged for verification, in which case TZ77 will notify you within 24 hours.
• TZ77 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals before processing. Players will be informed of any such requirement promptly.
• Deposits credited in error should be reported to TZ77 support immediately. Knowingly playing with an erroneously credited balance is a breach of these Terms.

TZ77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any additional terms specific to each promotion. Bonus-specific terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×). This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) the specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and qualifying games are stated in full on each offer page.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion page. Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses after expiry are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonuses are limited to one per household, device and IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus constitute fraud.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer and certain other games may contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms.
• Max Bet With Bonus: While wagering a bonus, the maximum single bet permitted is Rs 2,000 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• TZ77 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Players who have already claimed and begun wagering a bonus will not have the terms changed retroactively.

TZ77 hosts multiple gaming categories, each with their own product-specific rules that operate alongside these general Terms. The following principles apply across all TZ77 products:

• All bets placed on TZ77 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a specific early cash-out or bet edit feature is displayed and available at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or error during a game or bet that materially affects the result, TZ77 will resolve the matter in accordance with its documented technical fault procedure. In most cases, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• TZ77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital casino games. RNG outcomes are independent, unpredictable and cannot be influenced by TZ77, the player or any third party.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. TZ77 may change bet limits at any time. Changes to live game limits do not affect bets already placed and confirmed.
• In cricket and sports betting, TZ77 reserves the right to void markets that are subject to obvious pricing errors or that are settled incorrectly due to incorrect information from data providers. Affected stakes will be returned to players' accounts.
• TZ77's poker tables operate on a player-versus-player basis. Players suspected of collusion, chip dumping or using prohibited software (bots, equity calculators with real-time feed during play) will have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on TZ77 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games or exploit TZ77's systems.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, sports betting and any other competitive format.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or unintentional game malfunctions to place bets or generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means including stolen payment methods, identity fraud or money laundering through the TZ77 platform.
• Bonus abuse: creating accounts, using payment methods or coordinating with others specifically to exploit TZ77's promotional offers.
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour or abusive language directed at TZ77 staff or other players.
• Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access or use your TZ77 account.

TZ77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes player welfare seriously. We provide a full suite of self-management tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. • Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours to allow for reflection.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a pre-set duration. Available in 30-minute, 1-hour and 2-hour intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot deposit, log in or place bets on TZ77.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed. TZ77 will not accept a re-registration from a self-excluded player.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications during gaming sessions showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.

All content on the TZ77 platform — including but not limited to the TZ77 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data and all other materials — is the property of TZ77 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the TZ77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any TZ77 content without express written permission.
• Game content provided by third-party developers (such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO and others) remains the intellectual property of those developers. TZ77's licence to offer these games does not extend any rights to players beyond personal play.

TZ77 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. While TZ77 strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, technical issues, maintenance windows and events outside TZ77's control may cause temporary unavailability.

• TZ77 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of expected gaming winnings.
• TZ77's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform, for any cause, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant incident.
• TZ77 is not liable for internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party network outages that affect your ability to use the platform or that cause bets to be placed or missed unintentionally.

TZ77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct.
• A request from the account holder themselves (voluntary closure).
• Activation of a self-exclusion by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, TZ77 will provide written notice to the registered email address explaining the reason, unless providing such notice would prejudice an ongoing investigation. Where a balance remains and the closure is not due to fraud or breach, TZ77 will process withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

Players may also choose to close their TZ77 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any withdrawal of a positive real-money balance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which TZ77 is licensed to operate. Players in Pakistan acknowledge that they are using the TZ77 platform under the laws applicable to their location and accept full personal responsibility for ensuring their use of TZ77 is lawful in their circumstances.

TZ77 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in every jurisdiction. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws regarding online gaming before using TZ77.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2025. TZ77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
